You can request a withdrawal of all of your cash rewards once the following has criteria is met:

• Your balance is greater or equal to $20 usd.

• You've clicked the link we sent to your email to verify your email account.

Withdrawals are handled via PayPal. You must have a PayPal account associated with either the phone number or email address associated with your account.

• Log into the GridGorilla app

• Navigate to your profile. On the landing screen, click the menu in the top left, the first option is 'Account'. You can also click your cash in the top left.

• Click 'Withdraw'

• You'll see your total funds at the top, with a Withdraw button below that. Click Withdraw

• Select either your phone number or email address associated with your paypal acount.

• The transfer will start within 48 hours.
